OSHA Compliance AI is designed for private preventive workflows: teams upload footage or connect existing cameras, receive findings with evidence links, and take corrective action internally.

Secure upload and storage

• Uploads are stored in a secured Amazon S3 bucket for private processing and report delivery.
• Access is restricted using least-privilege IAM permissions; operational access is limited to authorized personnel.
• Encryption is used for data in transit (HTTPS) and for stored objects where supported/configured.

Access controls

• Internal access to customer data is limited to what is necessary to deliver the service and support.
• We avoid unnecessary copying of customer footage and derived evidence.

No regulator sharing by default

We do not automatically share footage, evidence, or reports with OSHA, the U.S. Department of Labor, or other regulators. The product is intended to help you improve compliance and safety internally.

Incident response

If we become aware of a security incident affecting customer data, we will take reasonable steps to investigate, mitigate, and notify impacted customers as appropriate.
