Sharing and disclosure

We do not provide your footage, evidence, or reports to regulators by default. If we receive a legally valid request, we may be required to respond; where allowed, we will notify you.

Data retention

Retention depends on your engagement and the scope of the assessment or subscription. We can delete project uploads and derived evidence upon request, subject to reasonable operational constraints and legal requirements.
